A year ago ....

A year ago, Harriet and I launched K&H Interiors, our own soft furnishings business. It seemed the right time to do so. We drew strength from each other, found encouragement all around and with help, found a home in Missenden Abbey.

The year has been very full. We have worked with lots of lovely customers on a variety of projects both small and large. The most satisfying part has been that we have run the business exactly as we want to. Without our suppliers we couldn't function, so hopefully they've noticed how quickly we pay all those bills!!

We are also working with some new furniture business partners. We have always offered upholstery services but we are now also working with two furniture makers, Whitehead Designs and Vincent Sheppard. Take a look at the our website to find out more.

So it's September and we are returning to work this week after a proper August Break. We are both mothers who love family time. We are determined to balance work with home life and are excited that our business let's us do that.
